Ivan brings an impressive background in data science, finance, and real estate, blending analytical rigor with a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance, Ivan’s experience includes roles with Texas Instruments, where he developed machine learning models and optimized critical business processes.
Ivan’s real estate expertise is equally remarkable. Recently, he completed an internship with JLL Real Estate in Dallas, where he analyzed a multi-family asset deal for Project Destined, presenting his findings to top industry professionals. Ivan’s strategic vision also earned him 2nd place in the Kellogg National Real Estate Venture Competition, where he proposed a high-return investment in a micro-housing and RV rental project along the Austin-San Antonio corridor.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ivan is an accomplished table tennis player and the 2018 US Open Champion. He also coaches young athletes, helping them win
national titles across Texas. Ivan’s diverse talents and commitment to excellence make him an exceptional addition to our team.
