Laurence currently serves on the Executive Board and as Commercial Vice President at Hampton International Group, leading a wide range of commercial and residential development opportunities. His responsibilities include development team formation, development design and planning oversight, site/market/financial/investment analysis, capital raising, investor relations, collaboration and negotiation with government stakeholders, design & construction coordination as well as development management.

Laurence also provides commercial real estate brokerage services with KW Commercial. He conducts real property and land sales, leasing and tenant representation, and is specialized in the industrial and multifamily sectors, as well as retail, restaurant and office assets.

Prior to his career in commercial investment real estate and land development, Laurence was Vice President of commercial architecture – senior designer and planner, program and project manager for one of the top 3 architectural firms in the US. He has 25 years of experience in leading and managing large scale architectural programs as well as collaborating with multiple stakeholders and consultant teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The types of commercial projects he has designed and managed include new construction, re-modernization and adaptive reuse of aviation, transportation, healthcare, mixed-use, condo/residential, industrial, retail, hospitality, sports, venues, gaming, K-12 and higher education and institutional architecture. In addition to his architectural practice, Laurence has worked with clients directly as an Owner’s Representative to manage project delivery and facilitate contract term negotiations on the Owner’s behalf.

Laurence is also an Accredited Professional for LEED and WELL Building Certifications, which focus on steering building design and construction toward minimizing environmental impact, promoting sustainability and maximizing the health and wellbeing of end users. These efforts translate into elevated brand equity and improved bottom line for property owners, operators and users.

Armed with this professional knowledge and experience in commercial architecture, Laurence brings a unique perspective and approach to commercial real estate development, investment, and brokerage opportunities.

Laurence received his Master of Design (Architecture) degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.
